What we do
We provide corporate finance advisory services to businesses facing structural change. This may include the sale or acquisition of a subsidiary, the raising of equity capital, or the sale of a whole company
We act as trusted advisers to repeat clients going back over decades. We advise large multinationals, private equity portfolio companies, SMEs and family-owned businesses

Experience over the last thirty years includes M&A and equity capital market transactions in the UK, the Nordic Countries, France, Germany, Italy, India, North America and South East Asia

Ian Macfarlane
With over thirty years’ corporate finance and advisory experience – at Schroders, Swiss Bank Corporation (London and New York), Enskilda Securities (London and Helsinki), Europa Partners and Mirabaud Securities – before founding Luberon Capital Limited in 2017
He has advised on IPOs and on M&A transactions for listed and unlisted UK and international companies ranging from FTSE 100 companies to family-owned SMEs
He has a MA (Hons.) in Classics from the University of Oxford and speaks fluent French

With over thirteen years’ experience in M&A at Europa Partners and Mirabaud Securities before joining Luberon Capital Limited in 2017
She has advised on a broad range of M&A transactions for both listed and unlisted UK and international companies
She has a BSc (Hons.) in Geography from the University of Nottingham
